This policy explains what ReelPlaybook collects and why.

What we collect

• Your email address, to log you in.
• The video links you submit and the breakdowns, transcripts and thumbnails we generate from them.
• Subscription status. Payment details are collected and processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record; we never see your card.

How we use it

Only to provide the Service: logging you in, generating and storing your breakdowns, and managing your plan. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Processors

Supabase (database and login), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (AI analysis of video frames, transcript and caption), Paddle (payments).

Retention and deletion

You can delete any breakdown from your playbook at any time. To delete your account and all data, email us and we will do so within 30 days.
