Terms of Service

ReelPlaybook ("we") provides a web tool that analyzes publicly available short-form videos you submit and produces written breakdowns ("the Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Your account

You need a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

Submit only links to publicly available videos. Don't use the Service to infringe anyone's rights, to harass anyone, or to overload or reverse-engineer the Service. Breakdowns are for your own research and inspiration; you are responsible for how you use them and for respecting the original creators' copyright.

Plans and payment

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance until cancelled, with fair use of up to 50 breakdowns per day. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Cancellation

You can cancel anytime; you keep Pro access until the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is". AI-generated breakdowns may contain mistakes. Some videos cannot be processed (for example private or deleted ones). To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new date above. Continued use means you accept the changes.
